MICHIGAN SPORTS ACADEMY

   

PRE, POST or IN-SEASON MEMBERSHIPS

   

Every member who enrolls in a three-month membership will meet with an MSA coach and will get a personalized 90-day workout program.

 

WHAT YOU RECEIVE: 

• Individualized 90-day program to help you meet your goals.
• Program includes skill work and strength work.
• Each day has specific goals and workout plans.
• Workout sheets to record progress.
• One MSA instructional series book (chosen by athlete).
• A binder to keep all information together.
• An MSA T-Shirt.
• One “progress meeting” with an MSA coach for evaluation.
